2. Intended Usage: The rented property is designated for holiday purposes, and any other usage requires prior written consent from the property owners.

3. Departure Obligation: It is a condition that you undertake to vacate the property at the end of the reservation.

4. Occupancy Limits: The number of occupants must not exceed the figure specified in the booking confirmation.

5. Damages and Breakages: You are responsible for any damages or breakages to the property or furnishings; all damages must be reported and settled before departure.

6. Insurance Recommendation: We strongly recommend obtaining holiday/travel/cancelation insurance for your stay.

7. No Pets or Smoking: Pets are not allowed on the premises, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

8. Liability Disclaimer: The property owner, their agents, or employees assume no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage to you or your belongings during the rental.

9. Nuisance Prevention: You agree to ensure that your party does not cause a nuisance or disturbance to neighboring residents or occupiers.

10. Property Security: If the property is left occupied during the rental period, you undertake to leave it secure including closing all the windows.

11. Right of Entry: The property owner reserves the right to enter the premises at reasonable times for inspection, repairs, or maintenance.
